How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select your favourite saree, click "Add to Cart", and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. You can also DM us on Instagram or whatsapp for assistance/ order placement.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. For international customers, we support PayPal and select payment gateways.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once processing begins, we cannot make changes.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we operate online via our website and Instagram page. However, we do participate in exhibitions where you can experience our sarees in person. Follow our social handle to know more about our upcoming exhibitions in your city.
How long will my order take to arrive?
- Domestic (India): 7- 10 business days
- International: 10-15 business days (varies by country)
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping across India for orders above ₹3,000. International shipping charges apply based on location.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your order journey.
Can I return or exchange my saree?
We accept returns only in case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Please report damages within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with the unboxing video and pictures. We will arrange for an exchange or refund.
How do I request a refund and how long does the refund process take?
Email us at support@indisa.co.in or WhatsApp us at +91 74004 30424 within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Share clear unboxing of the saree and packaging as proof. Unboxing video is mandatory.
- Our team will review your request and get back within 2-3 business days.
Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days and credited to your original payment method.
What if I ordered the wrong saree or changed my mind?
Since each Indisa saree is specially curated, we do not offer returns for change of mind. Please double-check before purchasing.
Are there cases where a refund is not possible?
- We do not offer refunds for slight color variations due to screen differences.
- Refunds are not applicable for customized or pre-ordered sarees.
- If the return request is made beyond 24 hours of delivery.
What if my saree is delayed or lost?
If there’s a delay, we will notify you. In case of lost shipments, we will investigate and offer a resolution and offer a refund/ credit voucher of 1 year validity.
Do your sarees come with a blouse piece?
Yes, most of our sarees include an unstitched blouse piece, unless mentioned otherwise in the product description.
Can I get my blouse stitched?
Currently, we do not offer blouse stitching, but we may introduce this service soon! Stay tuned.
Are your sarees handwoven?
Almost all our saaris are handwoven, except for the ones specifically called out. Please read the details provided in the product description.
How do I take care of my Indisa saree?
Each saree has different care requirements. General guidelines:
- Silk & Handwoven: Dry clean only.
- Cotton & Linen: Gentle hand wash with mild detergent. First wash to be dry clean
- Chiffon & Georgette: Dry clean recommended.
Will the color of my saree fade?
Handloom sarees may have slight variations in color over time, but proper care will keep them vibrant for years.
How do I store my sarees properly?
Keep sarees in a cotton cloth bag to protect them from dust. Silk sarees should be refolded every few months to prevent creases.
Can I place a custom order?
Yes! If you’re looking for a specific color, weave, or design, reach out to us at support@indisa.co.in for customization options.
What is the timeline for pre-orders?
Pre-order sarees take 4-6 weeks to be crafted and shipped.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship globally. International customers are responsible for custom duties and taxes applicable in their country.
Can I return or exchange an international order?
Unfortunately, due to shipping constraints, we do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders.
