Refund policy
We take utmost care in crafting your sarees, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
- Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.
- A return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery via email at support@indisa.co.in.
- The saree must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Refunds will be processed only after our quality check, within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Sarees that have been worn, washed, altered, or customized.
- Items purchased during sale or clearance events.
Exchanges
- Exchange is available only for damaged sarees.
- If the saree is damaged or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge (basis stock availability), offer you other similar amazing pieces or offer a store credit. Should you choose the store credit option, we will offer you an additional bonus voucher of Rs. 300, with validity of one year.
- Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
Return/ exchange process:
- Unboxing Video: Upon receiving the parcel, please record an unboxing video to document the condition of the saree.
- Reporting Damage or Defect: If the saree is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item at support@indisa.co.in. Attach the unboxing video and clear photographs of the damage or defect.
- Return Approval: After reviewing your request, we will approve the return and provide instructions for sending the item back.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Note: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Every Indisa saree is a work of art, and we encourage thoughtful purchases.
